La CPMN et l’IEP Grenoble rencontrent le CLIPP de Montréal

Gilles DUPUIS, directeur scientifique, et Ginette LEVESQUE, Directrice de projets, du Centre de Liaison sur l’Intervention et la Prévention Psychosociales (CLIPP) de Montréal ont accueilli mardi 07 septembre les représentants de la CPMN et de l’IEP Grenoble.

Le CLIPP regroupe 5 centres d’expertise psychosociale en un seul lieu :

Un centre de veille et d’information
Un centre de liaison et de communication
Un centre de valorisation de transfert des connaissances
Un centre d’analyse et d’évaluation
Un centre de formation de la relève

Dans ce cadre, le CLIPP a développé un outil performant et scientifiquement validé: l’Inventaire Systémique de Qualité de Vie au Travail (ISQVT©). L’ISQVT© permet une analyse détaillée à travers 34 domaines de vie (Participation aux décisions, avantages sociaux…). Il s’appuie sur l’écart qui sépare la situation actuelle d’une situation désirée tenant ainsi compte des buts et objectifs de chaque répondant. Le bilan final se présente sous la forme d’un rapport composé d’une dizaine de graphiques faisant clairement ressortir les points positifs, ceux à améliorer et ceux nécessitant une intervention.

Cet outil de diagnostic intéresse grandement la CPMN dans le cadre du développement du Contrat Cadre Ethique et Médiation®. Le CCEM® est un outil d’accompagnement des entreprises et collectivités qui se déroule en 5 étapes :

Démarrage du projet
Diagnostic : chiffrage, évaluation qualitative
Bilan et préconisations, élaboration d’un plan d’action
Lancement interne du Contrat (CCEM)
Mise en œuvre du plan d’actions et suivi

L’ISQVT© pourrait être employé dans la phase de diagnostic du CCEM®. Il se conjuguera avec des entretiens individuels menés par les médiateurs professionnels de la CPMN.

C’est avec un enthousiasme réciproque que les partenaires se sont rencontrés et ont posé les bases d’une collaboration efficace et fructueuse.

The CPMN and the IEPG meet the CLIPP of Montreal

Gilles DUPUIS, Scientific Director, and Ginette LEVESQUE, Project Director, of the Center for Liaison on Intervention and Prevention in the Psychosocial area (CLIPP) of Montreal have welcomed on Tuesday, September 7th the representatives of the CPMN and the IEP Grenoble.

The CLIPP brings together 5 types of Psychosocial Expertise in only one roof:

Research Information
Liaison
Knowledges Acquisition and Transfer
Analysis and Evaluation
Training for Future Professionals

Within this framework, the CLIPP has developed a relevant and scientifically validated tool: the Quality of Working Life Systemic Inventory© (QWLSI©). The QWLSI© enables a detailed analysis through 34 fields of life (Participation in the decisions; welfare benefits…). It is based on the variation that separates the current situation from a desired situation, therefore taking into account the goals of each concerned person. The final outcome is a report made up of ten graphs which clearly emphasize the positive points, those to improve and those requiring a professional intervention.

This diagnostic tool deeply interests the CPMN within the context of the development of the Framework Contract Ethics and Mediation®. The FCEM® is a tool of accompaniment for companies and communities which proceeds in 5 steps:

Initiation of the Project
Qualitative and Quantitative Diagnosis
Assessment and Recommendations, Development of a Plan of Actions
Internal Launch of the Contract (FCEM®)
Implementation of the Plan of Actions and Follow-up

The QWLSI© could be used during the step of diagnosis of the FCEM®. It will be coupled with individual interviews led by professional mediators of the CPMN.
